Jill Hughes

Life Enrichment Director

Jill joined Sterling Estates in August of 2018 with over 30 years’ experience in senior living. She has a BS in Public and Social Services with a concentration in Gerontology and she has always had a passion for helping others.  Prior to working at Sterling Estates, she was the Program Leader at the Marietta Senior Center for Cobb Senior Services. Jill has developed a care philosophy based on individualized care, resident independence, and the importance of treating all she serves with dignity and respect. Jill’s number one goal as the Life Enrichment Director is to create a program where residents can thrive in a fun and exciting environment while strengthening their spiritual, emotional and physical well-being.
