Resident Care Director

Laura has been in her role with Sterling since we opened in August 2016 and has over 25 years’ experience in healthcare. She leads a hard-working team of CNAs and her passion for her residents is evident in all she does. Laura enjoys coming to work every day and seeing firsthand how great care ensures our residents are leading fulfilling lives in their golden years. When not providing care, you can often find Laura teaching our Seniors line-dancing! Laura is an avid reader, sports enthusiast and likes to spend time outdoors. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and visiting her two grown sons.
