Maintenance Assistant

Looking for a responsible, dedicated individual who can work on their own without supervision and manage jobs from start to finish. Since you will be working independently much of the time, we do require demonstrated experience in areas such as painting, light electrical and plumbing, cable hook ups, troubleshooting HVAC issues, etc.
